Luis Valdivieso has extensive experience working with companies, in a wide variety of roles, for over 16 years. In his current role as CEO of Epiphany Consulting LLC, he partners with companies to understand and capitalize on the business development, operations and sales processes necessary to be a successful IT contractor in the state of Maryland. This includes identifying targets, creating a procurement matrix, conducting phone call and email campaigns, and connecting   client executives and government procurement personnel. Further, he has been instrumental in helping organizations with proposal management and resource recruitment. A strong relationship builder, he excels in networking, and enjoys managing relations with key stakeholders involved in the procurement process.  

Prior to founding Epiphany, Luis was the Government Relations Manager for a mid-size IT consulting firm and an Executive Consultant for a Federal government consulting organization.  

Additionally, Luis continues to be an active member of the community, previously serving on non-profit boards as a Human Rights Commissioner and with the Howard County Young Professionals Network. In his most recent active board membership, he was involved with the Center for Watershed Protection. The Center for Watershed Protection’s mission is to protect and restore our streams, rivers, lakes, wetlands and bays.  

He recently graduated from the Executive MBA Program at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University.   

In his spare time, he is an avid golfer, enjoys wine tasting, boating, and traveling to his family home in Key West.   

He lives in Annapolis, Maryland.
